bb [sozietät] Buchalik Brömmekamp was founded by Robert Buchalik and Dr. Utz Broemmekamp in 2003 as a firm of lawyers and tax advisors focussed primarily on business law . Since then, the firm has been growing rapidly. Currently, bb [sozietät] operates from three locations in Germany – Duesseldorf (main office), Frankfurt and Munich. We employ 15 lawyers and tax advisors specialised in different fields of business law, including:

Additionally, we are associated with a widespread network of banks, auditors, insolvency administrators, interim managers and private equity investors that we can make available to our clients on short notice.
